Dinner

Thank you for your request. As indicated, we use a dinner package for groups of 9 people or more. For this we have made 2 menus. We have a selection menu and a shared tasting menu.

Menu 1 consists of three courses with a choice of three different main courses. An add-on of the dish with meat or fish can be ordered separately. So you can decide on the evening itself which main course and which add-on you want to order.

Tasting menu 2 is a tasting/selection of the most beautiful dishes from the menu at that moment. The basis is bread in advance and then 3 dishes per person. The starters and main courses are placed in the middle of the table and everyone can taste both. This menu can also be expanded with meat or fish. This can be done separately per person.


Menu 1: 25,- per person

Bread ‘Van Menno’ with various vegetable dips (+ 1,50 per ¬†persoon)

Starter:
Soup of seasonal vegetables

Main course (choice)
Black bean burger                                                   + low and slow porkbelly 6,-
Little gem | avocado | kimchi | chipotle

Mushroom Bourguignon                                        + low and slow short-rib 6,-
Smoked parsnip | sauerkraut | crispy mustard

Celeriac                                                                    + poached wolffish 6,-
Shallot creme | oyster mushroom | vegetable gravy

These dishes are served with a selection of our side dishes such as:

  • Fermented fries with homemade mayonnaise
  • Sweet potato fries with truffle mayonnaise
  • Fried sprouts

Dessert

Red fruit | chocolate mousse | espresso crumble


Tasting menu 2: 32,50 per  persoon

Bread ‘van Menno’ with various vegetable dips and olive oil

Starter:

Burrata
Cour de boeuf | spinach-mint pesto | Balsamic

Roasted beetroot
Couscous | avocado | pomegranate | vadouvan

Main course:

Portobello steak                                                       + low and slow porkbelly  6,-
Sweet potato | onion rings | chimichurri

Celeriac                                                                    + poached wolffish 6,-
Shallot creme | oyster mushroom | vegetable gravy

These dishes are served with a selection of our side dishes such as:

  • Fermented fries with homemade mayonnaise
  • Sweet potato fries with truffle mayonnaise
  • Fried sprouts

Dessert:

Chef’s grand dessert

Cheese platter instead of a grand dessert (+ 3,- per person)

Add cheese platter as an extra course to the Tasting menu (+ 8,- per person)


If desired, we can adapt the above menus to the wishes of your group. Of course, we also take into account any diets and allergies if they are indicated in advance. We kindly ask you to choose the same menu for the entire group.

We would like to know the final number of people at least 2 days in advance.

If you prefer to let your guests eat a la carte, you can. Then we would like to receive everyone’s choices at least three days in advance.
