About us

Welcome at LAB071, the living room at Bio Science Park Leiden!

Our restaurant is located in Leiden University’s former anatomical laboratory. The building’s history shines through in our interior design, as well as in our kitchen. We experiment with our ingredients, mainly vegetables, and try to find new and fun ways to prepare our dishes. This way, our chefs create flavorful dishes full of healthy vegetables that don’t even need fish or meat! However, if you prefer to add some fish or meat, you can always order them as a side dish.
